01 Introduction and Acceptance

02 Player Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phwin53 may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phwin53. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phwin53 employs advanced detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are discovered, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly whenever your information changes.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phwin53 is required to conduct KYC verification to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to confirm player age and identity. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You may be requested to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine-issued);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash account showing your name);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID, where required.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. phwin53 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phwin53 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank are subject to standard Philippine interbank clearing timelines.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed only after full KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. phwin53 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal amounts that trigger AML reporting thresholds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phwin53 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phwin53 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Where bonus abuse is detected, phwin53 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any funds pending investigation.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on phwin53 — including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and Fortune Dragon — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwin53 platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own identity or a third party's;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phwin53 games or services;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Attempting to launder money or use phwin53 as a vehicle for any financial crime;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without prior resolution with phwin53 support;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward phwin53 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using stolen payment instruments or falsified identity documents.

08 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwin53 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phwin53 content without express prior written permission from phwin53.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin53 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phwin53 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

phwin53's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwin53 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phwin53 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and phwin53 disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

phwin53 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account on phwin53, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and service improvement.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your phwin53 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations. Please note that self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

12.2 Termination by phwin53

phwin53 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where phwin53 reasonably believes that:

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phwin53 platform shall first be referred to phwin53's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with customer support, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent phwin53 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phwin53 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwin53 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a notice displayed on the phwin53 platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the phwin53 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
